Accommodation
The category, accommodation features, occupancy and included services are those stated in the booking confirmation.
Prices and rates
The total price covers use of the accommodation between arrival and departure and is charged per night. Prices vary by date, rate and availability.
The general conditions state that VAT, breakfast and Wi-Fi are included. Always confirm the inclusions of the specific rate before booking.
Before booking, confirm the price, taxes, occupancy and everything included in the selected rate.

Complaints and consumer disputes
Send complaints to info@predicadosdodouro.pt or use Portugal’s electronic complaints book.
For a consumer dispute, you may use the competent alternative dispute resolution body. Portugal’s Directorate-General for Consumers maintains the current list of recognised bodies.
General provisions
The specific booking conditions take precedence over these general conditions. Any change agreed after booking must be recorded in writing.
These conditions are governed by Portuguese law and court proceedings are subject to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights.
